All installations, upgrades and add-on projects are solely performed by GTS technicians who receive in-house training in addition to factory training and certification. Galaxy Telecom Services will work with your personnel to train them thoroughly and effectively on your telephone system. Semi-annual training classes will be scheduled that least disturb your normal business operations. Training classes will included instructions on your system's features, office procedures, and telephone etiquette. Brief, fun and easy-to-follow instruction booklets, created specifically for GTS customers will be supplied. Special individual attention will be given to console attendants and relief attendants to insure complete understanding of the console and system operation. We will remain in touch with you on a regular basis to offer additional training and other services when necessary.
